KEYES, based in Brussels, is seeking a Senior Application Cloud Architect to drive modern cloud architectures and interoperability across EU projects. You will shape solutions that leverage Semantic Web Stack, Java, and cloud technologies to support lifelong learning initiatives and cross-border employment mobility.

You will lead architecture design, document systems, assess vulnerabilities, and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years IT experience.
• Strong Java and Semantic Web Stack expertise with RDF/OWL processing.
• Experience with cloud, microservices, and architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Cobit).

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design and documentation for cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure interoperability between ESCO and EURES/Europass and other systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to deliver robust architectures.
