A technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Application/Cloud architect to support European Institutions in Brussels in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will oversee architecture design, coordinate system processes, and evaluate systems for vulnerabilities. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT.
• Cloud and Enterprise architecture certification is a plus.

Application/Cloud architect - Brussels - Near site – SEIDOR

Join us as an Application/Cloud architect to support European Institutions, based in Brussels, in a near‑site position.

Your Role

• Preparation and maintenance of architecture design and technical documentation
• Coordination and review of current system processes
• Participation in workshops and meetings with external stakeholders
• Evaluation of systems to identify discrepancies and vulnerabilities
• Interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and developers
• Analysis of the integration of different information systems
• Data analysis and data modelling
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture
• Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers
• Production of software architecture documents
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
• Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture
• Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate them to the cloud
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to cope with fast‑changing technologies used in application architecture and design
• Ability to give technical presentations
• Ability to apply high‑quality standards
• Practical expertise in system vulnerability assessment
• Cloud and Enterprise architecture certification is a plus
