Ogilvy Social.Lab in Brussels is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead a true 360 account across digital, OOH and TV, building trusted relationships with clients and guiding strategic execution.

You’ll mentor two Account Executives, work with the Group Account Director, manage budgets end-to-end and champion bold ideas while upholding brand integrity and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience running 360 campaigns in advertising, communications, or a related agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex accounts; comfortable on set, in client meetings, and in budget reviews.
• Experience navigating cross-agency or multi-partner environments; able to collaborate while protecting brand interests.
• Strategic instincts beyond social, with the ability to shape client strategy rather than just relay it.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationships and day-to-day contact.
• Mentor two Account Executives and collaborate with the Group Account Director.
• Own end-to-end project management across a 360 mix of work: organic social, digital, OOH, TV, content localisation, shoots and productions.
• Review all deliverables for brand consistency, production quality and creative integrity.
• Keep stakeholders aligned, informed and unblocked.
• Maintain clear briefs, shared planning and structured debriefs for each project.
