Syngenia seeks a CCS expert to provide high-level technical leadership across multiple CCS projects worldwide. You will support development, advise leadership, and identify risks and technical solutions along the CCS value chain.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field with at least 3 years in CCS. French fluency is preferred and English is an asset for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Carbon Capture & Storage sector.
• Proven experience on CCS projects with strong exposure to project development and implementation.
• A solid understanding of the full CCS value chain, including CO2 capture, transport, infrastructure, and storage solutions.
• Strong technical expertise combined with hands-on experience in industrial or energy projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to guide, influence, and support multidisciplinary teams.
• A good understanding of the CCS market, industry trends, and key stakeholders.
• An established professional network within the CCS, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Fluency in French; professional proficiency in English is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level technical expertise on CCS technologies and solutions.
• Support development and structuring of CCS projects across different stages of maturity.
• Act as a strategic advisor to project managers and leadership on technical, operational, and business topics.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and technical solutions throughout the CCS value chain.
• Contribute to portfolio-level discussions and strategic decision-making for CCS initiatives.
• Leverage your professional network to support business development activities and strategic partnerships.
• Coach and mentoring project teams while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Provide operational guidance and technical support across multiple CCS projects simultaneously.
