Holcim Belgium is driving the GO4ZERO project to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions and accelerate a carbon‑lite construction future. As Senior CCS Project Engineer, you will steer technical development of the CCS track, focusing on oxyfuel testing, CO₂ capture and CPU integration within an international value chain.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or Thermal Engineering.
• Proven track record in complex industrial projects across energy, cement, chemical, infrastructure or decarbonisation sectors.
• Strong understanding of carbon capture technologies, oxy-combustion and related industrial processes.
• Hands-on experience with technical analysis, equipment specifications, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Financial acumen with budget estimation and CAPEX planning.
• Excellent French and technical English communication.

Responsabilités

• Define technical requirements and plan equipment for oxyfuel testing.
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, instrumentation, environmental, and corporate teams.
• Oversee CCS equipment and infrastructure integration.
• Analyze constraints such as soil conditions, utilities, steel structures, and foundations.
• Support cost estimation across project scenarios.
• Interface with international suppliers and engineering partners.
