Holcim Belgium is leading the GO4ZERO project, developing a large-scale CCS value chain with a focus on oxyfuel testing, CO₂ capture, and CPU integration. The Senior CCS Project Engineer will drive technical development, coordinate with international partners, and oversee engineering topics from piping to environmental permitting.

The role requires an engineering degree and strong experience in industrial projects within energy, cement, or chemical sectors, including budget and CAPEX planning.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record in complex industrial projects (energy, cement, chemical, infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of carbon capture technologies and oxy-combustion.
• Experience with vendor management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define technical requirements and equipment for oxyfuel testing.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams for CCS integration.
• Support budget estimation, CAPEX planning, and risk assessments for the CCS track.
