Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Senior Business/Functional Analyst (Data Platform Transformation) for a long-term freelance assignment in Brussels, in the healthcare sector. You will collaborate with BI and functional analyst profiles to drive a scalable data infrastructure and ensure timely delivery.

You will oversee core analysis, define data requirements, and produce specifications for data transformations, migrations, and integrations, while addressing data-related issues across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data integrations, and business needs.
• Healthcare sector experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee core business analysis, gathering functional requirements from internal customers.
• Analyze data requirements, identify data gaps, and propose data solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop functional specifications for data transformations, mappings, and integrations.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to the new data platform.
• Troubleshoot data issues, determine root causes, and implement fixes.

Senior Business/Functional Analyst (Data Platform Transformation) - Freelance – Healthcare Sector

A leading healthcare client of ours in Brussels are looking for a Senior Business/Functional Analyst with strong Data expertise to join for a long term, freelance mission.

With the client, you will play a critical role in driving their data platform transformation initiative, working closely with a series of Business Intelligence and Functional Analyst profiles to ensure the timely delivery.

They are currently under acquisition and need to build and maintain scalable data infrastructure to reach their next stage of development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the core business analysis, whilst having conversations with internal customers and collect the functional needs of the application to be developed.
• Analyse data requirements, identify data gaps, and recommend data solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation for data transformations, data mappings, and data integrations.
• Participate in data migration efforts, seeing transition from legacy systems to the new data platform.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Profile

• 5 years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst
• Good understanding of Data Platforms, Integrations etc.
• Experience within the Healthcare sector is also preferred
