Craftzing is seeking an experienced Business Developer to open doors and build lasting partnerships across Wallonia and Brussels. You’ll combine consulting mindset with proactive, structured outreach to senior decision-makers in targeted sectors.

Based in Antwerp and Ghent, you’ll expand Craftzing’s presence, collaborate with strategy, design and technology teams, and represent us at industry events. Fluency in French and English, Dutch a plus, is preferred.

• Proven track record in B2B business development.
• Active network in Wallonia and/or Brussels beneficial.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Craftzing is looking for an experienced Business Developer who is just as comfortable opening a door as building a relationship that lasts. Someone who brings a consulting mindset rather than a pure sales approach, and who gets energy from building something from the ground up in a market that is still wide open.

Currently based in Antwerp and Ghent, we want to accelerate our presence in the Walloon and Brussels market, and you will be the one to make that happen.

What you'll do :

• Use your existing network to open doors and create new opportunities with decision-makers at C-level, general management and digital or transformation leadership
• Grow Craftzing's presence in the Walloon and Brussels market across our targeted sectors: Maritime & Logistics, Consumer & FMCG, Public Services, Financial Services and Industry & Manufacturing
• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities in a structured and proactive way
• Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships, in line with our partnership-driven approach
• Structure and lead complex sales cycles from first conversation to signed partnership
• Work closely with our strategy, design and technology teams to build tailored proposals
• Represent Craftzing at events, conferences and industry gatherings across Wallonia and Brussels

Who we're looking for :

• You have a proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within consulting, digital services or professional services
• You have an active and credible network in Wallonia and/or Brussels, ideally within one or more of our target sectors
• You know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and keep things moving without losing sight of the relationship
• You bring a consulting mindset rather than a pure sales approach: you seek to understand before you propose
• You are autonomous and entrepreneurial at heart, and get energy from building something from the ground up
• You communicate with confidence at C-level in both French and English; Dutch is a strong plus
