CoverGo Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work remotely with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and craft analytical solutions. You will plan processes, gather requirements, and document complex business needs for system changes.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, a degree in a relevant field, and experience in health insurance; Insurtech exposure is a plus. This fully remote role offers a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Health insurance industry experience is required.

Responsabilités

Identify client problems with clients and technical teams, and design analytical solutions.
Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
Gather and document client requirements and communicate to stakeholders.
Develop user stories and BRDs to support modifications.
Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects.
