As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

• Gathering and refining business requirements
• Supporting optimisations and system enhancements
• Ensuring alignment with operational needs
• Contributing to testing and validation phases
• Participating in regular coordination and stakeholder meetings

The role involves working closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure functional alignment and smooth delivery of ongoing developments.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 14 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst or Master's degree with 10 years of experience
• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Experience with corporate web applications for document/info management
• Very good knowledge of Power BI
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with other business process management and modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
