Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Brussels team, delivering ICT solutions across AI, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Cybersecurity for clients in Europe.

You will elicit, analyse, validate and document business needs, create user stories, support UAT, and participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GDPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field with at least 9 years IT experience.
• Minimum 6 years in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Experience with BPM/process modelling, UAT and Agile delivery.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document business needs and requirements.
• Analyse and model current/target processes and identify gaps.
• Create business and functional specifications, flow diagrams and user stories.
• Support backlog, traceability, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and support UAT, record defects and verify solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR/anti-bribery.

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document business needs, functional requirements, non-functional requirements and business rules.
• Analyse and model current and target business processes and workflows; identify gaps, inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Produce business and functional specifications, process flow diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog preparation, requirements traceability and prioritization throughout delivery. Preparation of project status reports.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing, record defects and feedback, and verify delivered solutions against business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.
• Contribute to KPI monitoring, data analysis, reporting, meeting minutes, workshop summaries and project documentation.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 9 years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role is required
• Hands on experience on the following is required:
• Business analysis methods and requirements lifecycle management.
• Business process and workflow analysis/modelling.
• Backlog management, traceability, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• UAT planning, execution support, defect/feedback recording and acceptance support.
• Agile delivery practices, ceremonies and stakeholder coordination.
• KPI monitoring, data analysis and reporting
• Experience with BPM/process modelling, UAT and Agile delivery is needed
• Experience in complex public-sector or EU institutional digital solutions environments is advantageous
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis will be considered a strong asset.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
