Inetum Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into practical IT solutions. You will map processes, gather requirements as user stories, and serve as the bridge between stakeholders and developers to ensure clear understanding and actionable outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, a structured approach, and the ability to manage stakeholders under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process modelling and/or functional and data analysis.
• Experience gathering and translating high-level business requirements.
• A good understanding of IT environments and the interaction between business and technology.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Structured working method with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholders and communicate ideas confidently.
• Fluent in Dutch and good working knowledge of French.
