Médiane Benelux is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead and support automation projects in production and lab settings within regulated Life Sciences environments. You will apply Systec expertise to ensure GMP, GAMP5, and CSV compliance while delivering robust, validated automation solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of senior experience, hands-on Systec capability, and strong collaboration with process engineers, validation, QA, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in automation engineering within the Life Sciences sector.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Systec (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of automation systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, DeltaV, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks: GMP, FDA, GAMP5, CSV.
• Capable of managing the full project lifecycle: design, implementation, validation, and documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills; French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Systec tools expert within the automation team.
• Lead or support automation projects in both production and laboratory environments.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GAMP5, and other relevant Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
• Develop, test, validate, and document automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, validation, QA, and IT.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers or team members as needed.
