PwC Belgium is seeking a senior audit manager in the Industry group to lead client engagements and uphold PwC's trusted brand. You will work on audits across sectors, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with engagement teams while maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality reporting.

Fluency in English and Dutch or French, a Masters degree, and 8–10 years in financial statements' audit are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree
• 8–10 years in financial statements' audit
• Proven analytical skills and organisational abilities with a proactive approach
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and be an action-oriented self-starter
• Experience supervising and developing junior staff
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP (advantage)
• Ability to adapt to new situations and be flexible
• Excellent language skills in English plus either Dutch or French

Responsabilités

• Be the ambassador of the PwC brand on audits and best placed to identify client needs
• Have direct contact with clients and work in their offices
• Work independently with experienced engagement teams
• Execute and complete a variety of engagements
• Continue technical development through report writing and client deliverables
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients' middle and senior management
• Collaborate on project planning and coach junior staff
• Contribute to development of audit team members and staff coaching
