Job summary

Dynafin Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a strategic transformation initiative within an asset management environment. The role focuses on planning, governance and cross-functional coordination across business, operations and technology.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, monitor risks and budgets, and report to steering committees. English is required; French or Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of project management experience within asset management.
• Strong understanding of investment products.
• Good knowledge of middle-office processes.
• Experience with transformation, integration or migration projects.
• Understanding of front-to-back investment operations.
• Strong planning, governance and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional fluency in English; French or Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project from planning through implementation.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear project requirements.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and budgets.
• Organise project governance and steering-committee reporting.
• Support testing, implementation and operational readiness.
• Ensure clear communication across all workstreams.
