imec India Private Limited is seeking an experienced ASIC Failure Analysis & Reliability Engineer to join their team in Heverlee, Belgium. In this role, you will evaluate ASICs to identify failure causes, analyze technical challenges, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Electronics or Physics and over 8 years of experience, with good knowledge of failure analysis techniques and strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FA & Reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of MIL STD for automotive, space, medical ASIC qualification flows.
• Flexible to travel (on average 1 week/month).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate electrical, thermal and mechanical characteristics of ASICs.
• Analyze failure reports and recommend corrective action.
• Collaborate with other teams to solve technical challenges.
• Drive failure analysis investigations on customer complaints.
