AllPhi is seeking an experienced Architect / Tech Lead for a Moorslede-area engagement. The role focuses on defining the technical direction across a landscape of scalable, modern applications built on a Microsoft stack, microservices and cloud-native patterns.

You will lead teams, drive architecture decisions and contribute hands-on to complex challenges. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in software development, strong design pattern knowledge (DDD, CQRS), and solid experience with Docker,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent through experience.
At least 8–10 years of software development experience and leadership in an architecture/lead role.

Responsabilités

Defining and overseeing the technical architecture across multiple applications.
Technically leading and coaching development teams.
Making deliberate choices around technology, architecture, and design patterns.
Hands-on contribution to complex technical challenges.
Ensuring code quality, performance and maintainability.
Acting as the technical point of contact for development and stakeholders.
Contributing to the technical roadmap and innovation.
Guiding architecture reviews and elaborating technical designs.
