AllPhi is seeking an experienced Architect / Tech Lead for a Moorslede-area engagement. The role focuses on defining the technical direction across a landscape of scalable, modern applications built on a Microsoft stack, microservices and cloud-native patterns.

You will lead teams, drive architecture decisions and contribute hands-on to complex challenges. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in software development, strong design pattern knowledge (DDD, CQRS), and solid experience with Docker,

Architect / Tech Lead .NET (Moorslede area)

For a strategic assignment at one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Architect / Tech Lead who wants to take a key role in further developing a modern application landscape.

You will join an environment where multiple business-critical applications are continuously being developed and modernized. The focus is on scalability, integration, and future-proof architecture.

In this context, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction while remaining actively involved in implementation. The work is done with a modern Microsoft stack, microservices, and cloud-native principles, within an agile organization.

Your role

• Defining and overseeing the technical architecture across multiple applications
• Technically leading and coaching development teams
• Making deliberate choices around technology, architecture, and design patterns
• Hands-on contribution to complex technical challenges
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Acting as the technical point of contact for both development and stakeholders
• Actively contributing to the technical roadmap and innovation
• Guiding architecture reviews and elaborating technical designs
• Ensuring consistency and coherence within the application landscape

Your profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent through experience. At least 8 to 10 years of experience in software development. Experience in an architecture or lead role.

• .NET (Core and broader ecosystem)
• Design patterns (including DDD, CQRS)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Entity Framework Core
• Front-end frameworks such as Angular (or similar)
• SQL Server and database design
• CI/CD and tools such as Azure DevOps
• Git and branching strategies
