Neurho Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support a traffic technology initiative linking dynamic speed signs and fixed speed cameras. You will map current processes and design future solutions, document requirements and standards for the run team, and manage risks and dependencies across stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in public-sector IT projects, strong process mapping, and expert communication in Dutch, French and English.

Formación

• Minimum five years of business analysis experience in public-sector IT projects.
• Experience mapping business processes and documenting requirements.
• Experience with risk and quality management in IT projects.
• Proven ability to report progress and decisions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Map the current situation and help design the future solution with functional and technical designs.
• Document requirements, standards and transition to run team.
• Identify dependencies and risks, maintain quality plans and report progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, users, architects, data specialists, analysts and software engineers.
• Contribute to long-term ANPR ecosystem vision including capacity and integration.
• Monitor technology and regulatory developments and input for privacy impact assessments.
