Us3 Consulting in Brussels is seeking an experienced AML/KYC Business Analyst for a long-term contract. The role focuses on leading business analysis from ideation through delivery, with strong emphasis on data, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work with Product Owners, architects and SMEs, develop requirements with traceability, support testing, build dashboards, and contribute to data architecture and solution validation. Minimum 4 years, 8-10 preferred, English required.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; 8–10 preferred.
Experience in AML/KYC/compliance is a plus.
Strong analytical and structured thinking, problem solving.
Proactive, change-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

Lead business analysis from ideation through delivery with full traceability.
Develop business cases and gather requirements with stakeholders.
Analyse data flows, data usage and data quality issues; propose target solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects and SMEs; support testing and UAT.
Create reports and dashboards and contribute to data architecture and solution validation.
