Itproposal in Brussels is seeking a Senior Business/Data Analyst to support an AML/KYC initiative from ideation through delivery. You will blend business analysis, data analysis, requirements management, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing business cases, managing traceable requirements, analyzing data flows, defining target solutions with product owners and SMEs, and contributing to dashboards and data architecture.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business/data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with conceptual data modelling and data architecture.
• Understanding of Big Data, BI, reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of IT testing and Agile methodologies.
• Strong requirements, stakeholder, and project management skills.
• AML/KYC or compliance experience is a strong advantage.
• Banking or insurance experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Dutch and French: good level; English: strong.

Responsabilités

• Develop business cases and manage requirements with full traceability.
• Analyze data flows, user roles, data usage, and data quality issues.
• Define target solutions and use cases with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs.
• Contribute to data architecture, solution validation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Support product, performance, and UAT testing.
• Manage Agile backlogs, sprint planning, and MVP delivery.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project requirements.
