Logwin Air + Ocean Belgium N.V. is expanding its Antwerp team and seeks an (Senior) Outside Sales Air & Ocean (m/f/d) to drive new business in high-value freight.

You will hunt new customers, build relationships, and lead proposals and negotiations to close deals. You will travel for on-site visits, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions, while growing regional market share.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or logistics-related education.
• Several years of experience in sales or business development within logistics; pharma/healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Well-organized and confident in negotiations.
• Familiar with CargoWise.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
