Pollet Pool Group seeks an AI Strategy & Transformation Lead to shape the group-wide AI journey and align AI with growth plans. You report to the Group CEO and drive prioritised use cases, governance, and responsible AI practices across the group.

You will lead transformation initiatives, partner with IT and business units, and travel as needed while shaping a pragmatic, business-focused AI program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong business mindset and project management skills.
• Fluent in English with good command of Dutch and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Shape and implement AI strategy, translating priorities into initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead AI projects from idea to implementation, delivering measurable business value.
• Establish AI governance, privacy, security and responsible AI practices with IT.
• Build the Group's AI operating model across business units and partnerships.
