Job summary

TALEO Consulting Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and build GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG assistants and AI agents, for production deployment. You will implement LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks while ensuring AI guardrails and responsible practices.

You will collaborate with business, IT, Risk and AI Governance teams, promoting reusable architectures and engineering best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, AI, DS or Engineering.
• 5+ years in software, data or ML engineering.
• 2+ years delivering GenAI/LLM solutions to production.
• Strong Python skills with LangChain, LlamaIndex or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on with RAG, vector databases and agent orchestration.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, GDPR and EU AI Act is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
