EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Belgium to drive end-to-end AI solutions from ideation to production. You will specialize in MLOps, ensure robust deployments on Azure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible business value.

You will mentor juniors, explore state-of-the-art AI methods, and contribute to pre-sales with a business understanding of financial services. Fluent English and Dutch/French are valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of solid experience in Applied AI, including Generative AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with cloud AI deployments on Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for clients and productionize them.
• Focus on MLOps to deliver robust, scalable AI systems.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art AI and open-source/proprietary tools.
• Collaborate with risk management, business optimization and customer intelligence teams.
• Coach junior profiles and share knowledge.
