HazelHeartwood, with a Belgian HQ in Kortenberg, seeks a Senior Project Management Consultant to own fixed-price engagements from discovery to delivery. You will lead in-demand, client-facing projects in the AI & data space, operating in small, agile teams, and ensuring scope discipline and clear stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, practical business modeling, and the ability to draft watertight SOWs while protecting client relationships.

Qualifications

• You've managed fixed-price projects end to end: discovery, scoping, SOW drafting, delivery tracking, project audits, change requests.
• You come from a consulting background (Big 4, Accenture, or similar).
• You can run a steering committee and a sprint planning session on the same day and feel at home in both.
• You understand that transformation is fundamentally human. Technology is the enabler, never the driver.
• You communicate clearly - with clients, with developers, with executives. No jargon, no fluff, just clarity.
• You're here for the client first, HazelHeartwood second, and for your own CV last.
• Experience with AI & data projects is a real plus.
• Industry experience is a real plus.
• You have at least 10 years of consulting experience, with a meaningful part of that in a consulting or professional services environment.
• You're based in Belgium, work from our Kortenberg office, and are fluent in Ducth and English. French is a strong asset. You are flexible to visit client offices and our Romanian and Spanish offices when needed.

Responsabilités

• You’ll work in small, agile teams on projects that are mostly in the AI & data space.
• You don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to be comfortable enough to ask the right questions and know when something smells off.
• The teams are small. There''s nowhere to hide, and no junior to hand things off to.
• You’ll be in the trenches with your team handling both project management tasks and supporting where needed to make impact for your client.
