Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is looking for a senior specialist to accelerate automation and AI initiatives, aligning business needs with IT implementation. You will drive cross-functional projects and support users in adopting new tools and systems.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong PM knowledge, and fluency in English with Dutch or French. Hybrid, full-time position starting ASAP in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience implementing AI and automation in large-scale, regulated environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or MSc in Science.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Customer-focused, flexible, and collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English with an excellent command of Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Support the business in leveraging emerging technologies to achieve operational efficiency and navigate complex realities.
• Define business expectations and establish clear links with technical implementation teams.
• Act as a spokesperson for the adoption of AI and automation within the organization.
• Analyze and describe detailed requirements for technical solutions based on business needs.
• Coordinate the implementation of cross-functional projects across different technological fields.
• Train and support business users to ensure the optimal use of new tools and systems.
