ATCON GLOBAL seeks a Senior AI Architect to join the GenAI Enablement Team, strengthening the Software Factory for governing and delivering conversational AI using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will shape strategy, governance, and hands-on implementation across the MS Copilot Studio ecosystem.

Lead architecture discussions, guide DevOps practices, and mentor teams on best practices while ensuring security and scalable delivery of complex Copilot Studio solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Proven experience designing and implementing conversational AI solutions.
• Experience defining platform strategy, governance, and architectural guidelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub and source control best practices.
• Strong Azure knowledge, including authentication, integrations, monitoring, and cloud-native services.

Responsabilités

• Act as a SME for Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Platform technologies.
• Help define the roadmap and strategic vision for the Copilot Studio Software Factory.
• Evaluate architectural patterns, governance models, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Advise on scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence of conversational AI solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of complex Copilot Studio solutions.
• Guide teams on SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management practices.
• Collaborate with architects to translate concepts into implementable solutions.
• Stay up to date with Copilot Studio product releases and platform enhancements.
• Assess new platform features and identify opportunities for adoption.
• Coach and mentor internal team members on Copilot Studio and Power Platform best practices.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable implementation patterns.
