Rhox in Belgium (Brussels) seeks an experienced Senior Agile Coach to guide its Marketing and Communication (MarCom) transformation. You apply Scrum and agile practices in a non-IT environment, coaching senior management and embedding sustainable change across the department.

In this role you assess team maturity, tailor practices, facilitate ceremonies, and design target operating models that align governance and collaboration with agile concepts.

Qualifications

• Have at least 10 years of experience in complex organisations.
• Apply agile operating knowledge in large organisations and Scrum constructs in non-IT environments.
• Coach senior management and facilitate groups, using empathy and team-dynamics awareness.

Responsabilités

• Assess the agile maturity of squads and then select practical techniques that fit their scope, experience and delivery needs.
• Coach senior management, product owners, scrum masters and chapter leads to improve decision-making, role clarity and adoption of agile behaviours.
• Adapt the target operating model to align governance, collaboration and accountability with agile concepts across the MarCom department.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and group sessions, using team dynamics to resolve blockers and support continuous learning.
• Lead training, mentoring and individual coaching as part of the change management approach, enabling cultural embedding in daily work.
• Evaluate practices with agile roles and fellow coaches, then implement documented improvements to the operating model.
