Xeryon, Leuven-based high-tech scale-up, seeks a Senior After Sales Engineer to own international customer integrations of precision motion systems. You will diagnose complex embedded controls, lead installations, and provide second-line technical support, connecting clients with our R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3–7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Modbus, TCP/IP or similar protocols.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex customer integrations and onboarding.
• Troubleshoot mechatronic systems and provide remote support.
• Translate field data into product improvements and liaise with R&D.
• Document guides and deliver technical training to clients.
