Job summary

Our client, a leader in construction with multiple sites in Belgium, is seeking a seasoned accounting and tax professional. The role covers statutory accounting, tax compliance, and reporting in a complex international setting.

You will ensure audit readiness, monitor Belgian GAAP vs IFRS differences, and drive strong internal controls. Fluency in Dutch and French with English proficiency is required, as well as experience with Belgian corporate tax rules and transfer pricing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French with strong command of English.
• Experience in complex, international environments.
• Knowledge of Belgian GAAP and Belgian Corporate Taxes rules.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing and internal controls.
• SAP FI/CO knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain statutory accounts for Belgian entities per GAAP.
• Coordinate external statutory audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Prepare corporate income tax returns and related filings.
• Monitor tax obligations and support transfer pricing reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and meet deadlines for reporting.
