Job summary

Editx in Belgium is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to own the security landscape, work with decision-makers and translate ideas into tangible improvements. This role offers direct impact in a compact, fast-moving team.

You will drive security architecture, manage Entra ID, MFA, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC and PAM, and secure Azure/AWS environments. Collaboration with IT and Risk teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering or related field.
• Ability to translate security needs into practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with IT and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive security architecture and define standards to improve security across the organisation.
• Manage Entra ID, MFA, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC and PAM solutions.
• Secure Azure and AWS environments, applications, networks and IT infrastructure.
• Develop SIEM detection capabilities and coordinate vulnerability management.
• Coordinate penetration tests, recovery exercises and remediation activities.
• Work with IT, Digital Operations and Risk teams to turn security needs into practical solutions.
