Editx is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join our security practice in Belgium. You will work on challenging assignments across customer projects and security solutions.

You will implement protective, detective, and response technologies, define configuration standards, and contribute to tooling and methodologies within the practice.

The role focuses on building secure systems and performing technical audits in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security engineering and standards.
• Ability to implement protective, detective, and response controls.
• Familiarity with security policies and compliance tools.
• Ability to define baseline security configurations for OS, apps, networks.

Responsabilités

• Be an integral part of our cyber security solution for our customers.
• Participate in cyber security integration projects.
• Implement protective, detective, and response technologies from our partners.
• Define and submit security configuration and operations standards for security systems and applications, including policy assessment and compliance tools.
• Develop and propose baseline security configurations for operating systems, applications, networking, and communications equipment.
• Design and implement technical security mechanisms and technologies.
• Perform technical security audits
• Use or learn the tools or methodologies of the Practice and actively contribute to developing these tools and methodologies.
