The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative functions and strong skills in financial management. The position requires NATO Secret clearance and applications must be submitted by 01.06.2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative and coordination functions.
• Training certification and expert user experience on MS Office tools.
• Experience with Oracle Project Model, preferably within NCIA.

• Support managers and teams in resourcing and recruitment activities.
