Job summary

Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU and national Government and Defence) with expert services in aerospace, defence sales, delivery and operations. The NATO NCIA program requires a high-security, on-site workforce to sustain critical CIS services and secure communications.

The role focuses on 2nd level support for Voice, Video and Teleconferencing IP services, with strong emphasis on SIP trunking, WAN, documentation, and incident handling in a secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for complex Voice, Video and Teleconferencing IP services and components.
• Assist in design, documentation, testing and implementation of projects across service transition.
• Perform recovery, troubleshooting, maintenance and operations for secure Voice, Video and VTC over IP.
• Contribute to security risk analyses and reporting with recommended mitigations; may travel within/beyond NATO.
