Médiane Benelux is seeking a Java Software Architect to design secure, high-performance software for defense and mission-critical environments. You will drive backend and frontend development, shaping architecture decisions in an Agile, international context.

Key responsibilities include modernizing microservices, RESTful APIs, and secure coding practices while collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Java Software Architect or senior Java backend engineer.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular and REST APIs/microservices.
• Solid understanding of software security concepts and Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient English and eligible for security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop secure, high-performance Java backend services (Spring Boot).
• Define and evolve microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Develop frontend interfaces using Angular and ensure integration with backend.
• Apply security best practices and ensure code quality via tests.
• Collaborate with international Agile/Scrum teams and participate in ceremonies.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement and performance optimizations.
