Job summary

Leonidas invites you to join our Brussels stores as a Chocolate Sales Advisor for the year-end holiday season. You will warmly welcome customers, guide them through pralines and chocolates, and represent the Leonidas brand with enthusiasm.

You should be flexible, available every day incl. weekends, able to start at 08:00 or end at 23:00, and able to travel to Brussels as needed. Previous experience in sales or horeca is a plus; basic English and/or Dutch required.

Qualifications

• A dynamic, smiling, and customer-friendly person.
• A true team spirit and a positive attitude.
• High availability: available every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Flexible hours: able to start at 08:00 or finish until 23:00, depending on store needs.
• Able to travel to Brussels according to these hours.
• Previous experience in HORECA or in sales is a significant asset.
• A basic command of English and/or Dutch is mandatory.
• Fast, organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and assist them with their purchases.
• Listen to desires and advise on pralines and chocolates from our wide assortment.
• Be an ambassador for the Leonidas brand and share enthusiasm for our products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with attentive and quality service.
• Maintain a neat and attractive presentation of products in displays and in store.
• Receive deliveries and participate in stock management.
• Manage the cash register: recording purchases, cashing out, receipts, cash counting, and regularity control.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
