Leonidas in Brussels is seeking Chocolate Sales Advisors for our year-end season. Join a renowned chocolate brand and help create moments of happiness for customers.

You will warmly welcome shoppers, advise on pralines and chocolates, operate the cash register, manage deliveries and stock, and keep the store attractive and tidy. A dynamic, customer-friendly attitude and weekend availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work 08:00–23:00 shifts including weekends.
• Basic English and/or Dutch required.

• Listen to their desires and advise them in choosing from our wide assortment of pralines and chocolates.
• Be a true ambassador for the Leonidas brand and share your enthusiasm for our products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering attentive and quality service.
• Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of products in the display and in the store.
• Receive deliveries and participate in stock management.
• Manage the cash register: recording purchases, cashing out, issuing receipts, cash counting, and regularity control.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store and adherence to procedures.

To strengthen our teams during the year-end holiday season, we are looking for Chocolate Sales Advisors for our stores in Brussels.

Your missions:

• Warmly welcome our customers and assist them with their purchases.


• Listen to their desires and advise them in choosing from our wide assortment of pralines and chocolates.


• Be a true ambassador for the Leonidas brand and share your enthusiasm for our products.


• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering attentive and quality service.


• Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of products in the display and in the store.


• Receive deliveries and participate in stock management.


• Manage the cash register: recording purchases, cashing out, issuing receipts, cash counting, and regularity control.


• Ensure the cleanliness of the store and adherence to procedures.

What we are looking for:

• A dynamic, smiling, and customer-friendly person.


• A true team spirit and a positive attitude.


• High availability: you are available every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.


• Flexible hours: you are able to start at 08:00 or finish until 23:00, depending on the store's needs.


• You are able to travel to Brussels according to these hours.


• Previous experience in HORECA, or in sales, is a significant asset.


• A basic command of English and/or Dutch is mandatory.


• You are fast, organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
