DSV Puurs is seeking a Freight Forwarder Export Sea to manage the end-to-end sea freight export process for a key client. You will handle shipments in the TMS, coordinate carrier bookings, and liaise with customs to ensure timely documentation, all while upholding DSV compliance and data quality.

You will join a control tower team dedicated to delivering excellence in logistics, with opportunities for growth and exposure to global logistics operations at a leading transport and logistics company.

Qualifications

• Few years of experience within Freight Forwarding (Seafreight).
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional daily service and communication with your key client regarding sea freight export shipments.
• Utilize your expertise to create and manage shipments in our state-of-the-art TMS system.
• Coordinate bookings with various partners, including carriers and shipping companies, in accordance with established agreements.
• Liaise with the customs team to ensure timely preparation of customs documents.
• Foster strong relationships within the DSV network, collaborating on shipment announcements and quotations.
• Take ownership of billing accuracy and data quality, adhering to DSV Compliance standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying DSV Compliance protocols, including security measures, embargo countries, carrier regulations, and commodity specifications
