Amaris Consulting, through the Advanced Material Characterization and Investigations (AMCI) group, invites you to join an international and dynamic environment where you will contribute to advanced analytical characterization of pharmaceutical products and lead global analytical investigations.

You will develop and validate MRI methods, translate imaging data into actionable insights for project teams, and help build SOPs and data interpretation practices while collaborating across formulation

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-clinical MRI instrumentation.
• Experience with interpreting imaging and spectroscopic data.
• Experience with solid-state NMR is a plus.
• Academic background: Master’s degree in physics, chemistry, or related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
• Strong scientific curiosity, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate MRI methods for pharmaceutical materials, formulations, and dosage forms
• Establish MRI workflows complementary to CT scan analysis for pharmaceutical applications such as water ingress, hydration kinetics, coating and capsule performance, device functionality, and sedimentation studies
• Translate imaging data into actionable formulation and process insights for project teams
• Support cross-functional studies involving formulation development, analytical development, material science, and product performance assessment
• Build internal expertise, standard operating procedures, and fit-for-purpose data interpretation practices for MRI-based characterization
• Perform basic solid-state NMR experiments as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all applicable environmental, health, regulatory requirements, GMP and safety regulations

You will join the Advanced Material Characterization and Investigations (AMCI) group within Amaris Consulting, contributing to advanced analytical characterization of pharmaceutical products and leading global analytical investigations for the commercial product portfolio and for the Discovery, Product Development & Supply (DPDS) organization.

Your missions

• Develop and validate MRI methods for pharmaceutical materials, formulations, and dosage forms
• Establish MRI workflows complementary to CT scan analysis for pharmaceutical applications such as water ingress, hydration kinetics, coating and capsule performance, device functionality, and sedimentation studies
• Translate imaging data into actionable formulation and process insights for project teams
