Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions® is seeking a Scientific Documentation Specialist to support the Analytical Development Dissolution Sciences team. You will compile data, create graphs, and perform sanity checks to produce accurate scientific documents.

The role involves collaborating with the Data Integrity team, uploading documentation, and preparing low-complexity reports. A/Benel 40-hour week with three remote days and two onsite days is available in Beerse, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Administration. A Scientific background is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in Dissolution sciences or pharmaceutical sciences is an asset.
• Outstanding written and communication skills in English.
• Excellent computer & software skills (able to learn to work with different tools and document management systems).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach.
• Accurate and Detail oriented.
• Team player mentality, but able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Compiling data needed to create the scientific documents in support of the Scientific Writers.
• Adding data in Calculation templates.
• Creating graphs and tables containing all data required for the scientific documentation.
• Performing a 'sanity' check on the data delivered to the Scientific Writers.
• Reviewing data obtained by tests in the labs, checking if the data is correct.
• Uploading and following-up of documentation in the documentation system.
• Collaborating with Analytical Development Data Integrity team.
• Compiling low complexity scientific reports.
