Job description

We are looking for a janitor/cleaner for our client in Massenhoven.

• Able to work independently
• Reliability and punctuality
• Cleaning glass surfaces (windows, walls, mirrors, ...)
• Dusting, sorting waste, and emptying trash cans
• Cleaning surfaces with a carpet cleaner or carpet cleaning machine
• Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Preparing cleaning products and equipment
• Marking slippery areas
• Ventilating and airing out spaces
• Cleaning toilets and kitchens, restocking towels and soap
• Filling out follow-up documents (hourly schedule, location, ...) and informing relevant parties of deviations
• Cleaning and renovating surfaces and floors by soap cleaning
• Cleaning floors and furniture
• Removing waste (household and industrial), taking out trash cans and containers for collection
• Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7am to 12pm
• Correct remuneration according to sectoral barema €16.72
