Inspired Education Group is seeking a full-time Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join St. John’s International School in Waterloo. You will support the facilities team in day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, functional and pleasant environment for students and staff.

The role covers general repairs, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, site upkeep and event setup, requiring hands-on ability, reliability and good English and/or French language skills.

Qualifications

• Solid practical and technical skills.
• Versatile, hands-on and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of general building maintenance.
• Reliable, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Good organisational and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English and/or French.

Responsabilités

• General repairs and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
• Assembly, installation and repair of equipment and furniture.
• Outdoor maintenance and upkeep of the school grounds.
• Assist with setting up classrooms and common areas as needed.
• Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
• Assist with internal moves and the installation of new equipment.
• Preparation and setup of school events (meetings, exams, ceremonies, sporting activities).
