Elior School Dining in Brussels seeks a motivated Food Service Director to lead a dynamic team and oversee all aspects of the school dining program. You will ensure safe, high-quality meals for students and staff while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will manage budgeting, procurement, training, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with district management to optimize dining services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two+ years coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client/customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all functions of the food service department.
• Directly lead and train a team of associates, including hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations are met.
• Budget planning and ingredient procurement to meet targets.
• Coordinate with district management on dining service operations.
• Address customer service needs and ensure client satisfaction.
