GIGA Storage is building a central SCADA environment to connect battery sites, systems and Operations teams across Europe. As a SCADA Engineer, you help shape how sites communicate with the central platform and how operators monitor and control assets in a growing portfolio.

You bring a solid foundation in industrial automation or SCADA, with 4–6 years of experience, and you will take on increasing ownership while collaborating with suppliers and integrators to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy, ICT or a comparable technical field.
Around 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, SCADA or OT environments.
Solid understanding of the automation chain from field equipment to central systems.
Experience with HMI/visualisation and FAT/SAT testing.
Fluency in Dutch and English, willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

Translate operational needs into clear functional SCADA specifications with suppliers.
Own end-to-end signal architecture, naming conventions, HMIs and dashboards.
Coordinate integration between local SCADA systems and central platform.
Prepare and execute FAT and SAT testing and commissioning leadership.
Monitor performance, analyse incidents and grow into central SCADA contact.
