ATS Group in Merelbeke seeks a Project Manager to lead electro HVAC projects from start to finish, taking full financial and technical responsibility and ensuring safe, compliant execution on site.

You will coordinate with sales and ATS stakeholders, drive pre-engineering, order materials, and develop the project plan, while ensuring invoicing and reporting to the BU Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics.

• Experience with building control systems and building assets.
• Knowledge of HVAC; experience as Project Engineer preferred.

• Experience with electrical engineering tools and basic AREI understanding.
• Fluent Dutch; comfortable in French and English.
• Driving licence B.

Responsabilités

• Follow up projects across all facets: electrical engineering, purchasing, software development, on-site implementation.
• Provide clear instructions to site manager and on-site employees; monitor implementation.
• Work with subcontractors when needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; provide input to sales and report to BU Manager.

A.T.S. nv, Business Unit SBS (Smart Building Solutions) realizes total automation projects in buildings. These include engineering, panel building, cabling and software development for HVAC systems, but also the intelligent and smart control of, for example, lighting, charging infrastructure and all possible assets in a building.

To support our growth, we are looking for a “Project Manager” to join our team.

Function

• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing electro HVAC projects from start to completion.
• As Project Manager, you take full responsibility for the financial and technical outcome of the project.
• You also ensure a correct and safe execution of the projects according to the agreed customer expectations.
• After the kick-off with your sales colleagues, you are the single point of contact for the customer and coordinate with all those involved within ATS.
• You work out the pre-engineering technically, order the necessary critical materials and draw up a project plan.
• You follow up the project in all its facets so that it runs smoothly and qualitatively: electrical engineering, purchasing, software development, implementation on site, ...
• You provide clear instructions to the site manager and employees on site at the customer and you also monitor their implementation.
• You may work with subcontractors.
• You also ensure timely and correct invoicing of the work performed.
• You provide input on current projects and concepts to the sales team and report to the BU Manager.
• You will work from our office in Merelbeke.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in electromechanics.
• You work accurately and with an eye for detail and quality.
• You are passionate about electromechanics, with a specialization in HVAC.
• You are customer-oriented, communicative and a real team player.
• You have experience with building control systems and building assets.
• You have knowledge of HVAC and, preferably, experience as a Project Engineer.
• You are a smooth negotiator and have good organisational and administrative skills.
• You think critically and you like to take responsibility.
• You are a strong personality with good motivation and communication skills for managing our employees.
• You have experience with electrical engineering tools as well as a basic understanding of the AREI.
• You speak fluent Dutch, and are comfortable in French and English.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
