Vector Synergy in Belgium seeks a Senior Project Manager with a NATO Secret security clearance to lead complex defense-focused projects. You will manage requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with NATO standards and NCIA contexts.

Responsibilities include assessing change impact on standards, maximizing application capabilities, and contributing specialist expertise to proposals.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher vocational training in telecommunications, electronics, information technology, network engineering, SATCOM engineering, or related field.
• Min. of 5 years of experience in IP networking, including routing, switching, WAN technologies, and troubleshooting of complex network environments.
• Experience supporting SATCOM, WAN, or deployed communication systems in operational or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of NATO and NCIA structures, roles, and organisational context.
• CCNA/CCNP Enterprise certification or equivalent experience.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a NATO Secret security clearance.

Security Clearance: NATO Secret (mandatory)

Contract: B2B

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• University Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Network Engineering, SATCOM Engineering, or a related field;
• Min. of 5 years of experience in IP networking, including routing, switching, WAN technologies, and troubleshooting of complex network environments;
• Experience supporting SATCOM, WAN, or deployed communication systems in operational or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of NATO and NCIA structures, roles, and organisational context;
• Relevant industry certifications - CCNA/ CCNP Enterprise certification or equivalent experience
