Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Functional Analyst to support the rollout of a standardized digital template across European operations. The role focuses on optimizing sales processes with an O2C lens, including Order Management and Billing, while ensuring knowledge continuity and strong business support.

You will support business users during UAT, coordinate with senior analysts and IT teams to resolve defects, and contribute to functional documentation and workshops for international

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in functional analysis or business process management.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP environments.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, including Order Management and Billing.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or business testing activities.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support business users during UAT for O2C processes.
• Act as primary contact for functional questions from the business.
• Analyze issues and clarify system behavior to guide users.
• Coordinate with senior functional analysts and IT teams to resolve defects.
• Assist in functional documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in workshops and rollout sessions for international deployments.
