USG Professionals Belgium is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to join a large-scale European SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will bridge Business and IT in an international SAP environment and support users during the Order-to-Cash processes across multiple European countries.

You will learn SAP business processes, translate needs for functional/technical teams, participate in workshops and testing, and contribute to process documentation. English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Initial experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Key User, or SAP User.
• Interest in business processes and digital transformation.
• Ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for functional questions related to Order-to-Cash processes
• Analyse issues and collaborate with SAP and IT teams to identify solutions
• Develop knowledge of Order Management, Billing, and Finance integrations
• Translate business needs into clear and structured input for functional and technical teams
• Participate in workshops, testing activities, and international rollout projects
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Support future European rollouts by leveraging lessons learned
