In4Matic is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to support the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) template. You will assist business users during testing, answer functional questions, and build knowledge of how configuration affects O2C processes.

The role focuses on a template-driven, fit-to-standard approach with emphasis on knowledge sharing and standardized processes. English and Dutch proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• First exposure to SAP, ERP, or functional analysis is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and business processes.
• Experience with UAT, SIT, or business testing is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Supporting business users during UAT for O2C processes.
• Acting as a first point of contact for functional questions.
• Analysing issues, clarifying expected system behaviour, and guiding users.
• Working with senior Functional Analysts and IT teams to follow up on questions and defects.
• Building functional knowledge of Order Management, Billing, and Finance integration.
• Learning how SAP S/4HANA configuration influences business processes and system behaviour.
• Supporting functional documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Translating business questions into clear input for technical and functional teams.
• Participating in workshops, testing sessions, and rollout activities.
• Applying lessons learned to support future rollouts.
